Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of, and must be read together with, the Terms and Conditions. By using the App you agree not to:
- Use the App to draft fraudulent, defamatory, or knowingly false charge sheets, evidence notes, findings, or outcome letters.
- Use the App to victimise, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against any employee or witness.
- Share your account credentials or activate the App on more devices than your purchased tier permits.
- Attempt to circumvent device limits, the white-label gating, payment, or any other technical protection in the App.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with other Users' data or with VERDIQT's backend.
- Upload or transmit malware, illegal content, or content infringing third-party intellectual-property rights.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose under South African law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any User who breaches this policy, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us.
