Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy

5.1 Nature of the Product VERDIQT is a digital product. Once a licence is activated on a device, the product has been delivered and consumed for the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA").

5.2 7-Day Cooling-Off (Before Activation) If you have purchased a licence but have not yet activated it on any device, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@inreco.co.za. Once a device has been activated, the once-off licence fee is non-refundable, save where the App is materially defective and we are unable to remedy the defect within a reasonable time.

5.3 Recurring Add-Ons (LiveUpdate, Extra Devices) You may cancel recurring add-ons at any time through your account settings or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; no pro-rata refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing month.

5.4 Defective Product Where the App is materially defective and the defect is not caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party software, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected licence in line with section 56 of the CPA.

5.5 Chargebacks We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
