End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

4.1 Grant of Licence Subject to your payment of the applicable once-off licence fee and your continued compliance with these Terms, iNRECO Consulting / C. Badenhorst grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your internal business or professional purposes, on the number of devices included in your purchased tier.

4.2 Permitted Use You may use the App to run disciplinary processes on behalf of yourself or your clients, and to produce charge sheets, hearing records and outcome documentation in the ordinary course of that work.

4.3 Restrictions You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; resell, sub-licence, rent or otherwise commercially exploit the App or its underlying templates as a standalone product; remove or alter copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices, except where you have purchased the White-Label add-on, which permits limited rebranding within the App's branding portal; or use the App in any way that breaches South African law.

4.4 White-Label Add-On The White-Label add-on permits you to upload your own logo and select a colour palette for the in-app and exported document branding. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or any iNRECO/VERDIQT trademarks; it grants a limited cosmetic-branding right tied to your active licence.

4.5 Updates We may release updates to the App's functionality, security, or legal content. Core security and functionality updates may be applied automatically. Legal content updates beyond the base version are provided through the optional LiveUpdate add-on.

4.6 Termination of Licence This licence terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, or if your account is closed. On termination you must stop using the App; data stored on your device remains under your control.

4.7 Reservation of Rights All rights not expressly granted to you under this licence are reserved by iNRECO Consulting / C. Badenhorst.
