8.1 What We Store Locally The App is a Progressive Web App (PWA). To work offline and remember you, it stores small amounts of data in your browser or device, including: a sign-in session token; a randomly-generated device identifier (so we can count it against your tier's device limit); your in-app preferences (palette, branding); and the User Client Data you create (cases, charge sheets, hearing minutes, outcomes).

8.2 What We Do Not Use We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioural-advertising profiles.

8.3 Managing Storage You can clear locally stored data at any time through your device or browser settings, or by uninstalling the App. Doing so will permanently delete any User Client Data stored on that device, as described in the Data Responsibility statement.
