Disclaimer — No Legal Advice
Version 1.0 · Last updated 30 June 2026
3.1 Not Legal Advice The information, templates, scripts and AI-drafted text provided by the App are for general informational and workflow purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, do not create an attorney–client relationship, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified labour-law practitioner, attorney or registered CCMA representative.
3.2 No Guaranteed Outcome VERDIQT cannot and does not guarantee any particular outcome in a disciplinary hearing, a CCMA arbitration, a Labour Court matter, or any other forum. Outcomes depend on the specific facts, evidence and conduct of the parties, all of which are outside the App's control.
3.3 You Are Responsible for the Process The chairperson, employer representative, or consultant running a hearing remains fully and personally responsible for ensuring procedural and substantive fairness, for the accuracy of evidence presented, and for compliance with the Labour Relations Act, the relevant Code of Good Practice, and any applicable collective agreement or disciplinary code.
3.4 Legal Content Currency Labour law changes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the App's legal content current — and LiveUpdate subscribers receive updates as we publish them — VERDIQT does not warrant that every statute, regulation, code or case reference in the App is up-to-date at any given moment.
3.5 AI-Generated Content Where the App uses AI to draft an outcome letter, finding, or other document, that output is a draft only. You must read it, verify every factual statement against your record of the hearing, correct any inaccuracy, and take responsibility for the final document you issue.
3.6 Independent Advice Where a matter is complex, high-risk, or likely to be referred to the CCMA, a bargaining council, or the Labour Court, we recommend you obtain advice from a qualified labour-law practitioner or attorney in addition to using the App.
3.7 No Liability for Third-Party Reliance VERDIQT accepts no liability for losses suffered by any third party (including an employee, employer, or other consultant) who relies on documentation generated using the App, where VERDIQT itself was not a party to the underlying disciplinary process.
